Delivery Policy

Pre-order dispatch dates
Amber and Sapphire cabanas: estimated dispatch from late November 2026.
Topaz and Garnet cabanas and all beach mats: estimated dispatch from December 2026.
If your order contains items from both batches, it will be dispatched together once all items are available.

We use a combination of courier providers to deliver your Sundayz product to you as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3–5 business days
• Secondary towns and outlying areas: 4–7 business days.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, strikes, or adverse weather.
