We deliver Sundayz Collective products across South Africa. Here's everything you need to know before you order.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Secondary towns and outlying areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. During peak periods (November to January), please allow additional time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible so more families can get to the beach fully set up.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@sundayz.co.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. Sundayz Collective is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
