Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@sundayz.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges

Want a different colourway? We're happy to exchange unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@sundayz.co to arrange an exchange and we'll guide you through the process.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sundayz.co with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you - no questions asked.
